Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times (from the date of dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or the destination's local conditions. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders - see details at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties
